What if I have questions about sizing?

At Urbanä, we understand that every label sizes differently, and every woman has her own unique shape.  We know how annoying it is when you order online, wait for shipping, and it doesn’t fit. If you have questions about sizing, we encourage you to email:

Do you accept returns?

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for items purchased in-store that you wish to return. You must have your receipt and be within 14 days of the purchase date in order to receive store credit. No exceptions.  All JEWELRY & SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit. 

As with online shopping, Urbanä understands that you are purchasing without trying the piece/s on.  We want you to be satisfied with the fit and quality. If you wish to return, online purchases must be returned via mail at your own cost, unworn, tags attached and accompanied with the original receipt, within 7 days of date of delivery at this address:
